WRAPPING: Los clásicos románticos para envolver regalos ♥ Valentine gift wrap with the classics

Tenemos cuatro regalitos de San Valentín en casa: dos para mí y dos para él. Con total prohibición de espiar dentro de las cajas que son para mí, me he encargado de envolver los cuatro. He escogido fotografías clásicas de amor y besos, grandes escenas románticas de pelis como Casablanca y La Dolce Vita, la foto El Beso de Doisneau y una foto de nuestra boda (... al fin y al cabo son nuestros regalos, no?). A algunas de las fotos -todas son blanco y negro- les agregué detalles en rosa con photoshop antes de imprimirlas. Luego, simplemente pasé cintas por ellas haciendo dos cortes y voilà! 

♥ We have four Valentines's day gifts at home: two for me and two for him. Promising not to look inside my boxes, I gift wrapped them all. I picked classical black and white pictures of romantic scenes: from Casablanca, La Dolce Vita, The Kiss by Doisneau and one of our wedding (...well, they are our presents after all!). I worked adding some pink on some of the pictures with photoshop before printing them. Then, I just simply passed ribbons through them and voilà!

WRAPPING: diy papel de envolver navideño ♥ diy christmas wrapping paper

No importa si no sabes dibujar, coge papel blanco, kraft y negro que haremos unos lindos paquetes navideños! ♥ It doesn't matter if you are not too good at drawing, just grab white, kraft and black paper cause we are going to make some nice gift wrapping!

Con un marcador negro dibuja ramitas de pino y puntitos dispersos en el papel blanco, en el kraft haz ramas más largas con hojas redondeadas y alguna hojita suelta aquí y allá. En el papel negro pega uniformemente círculos de papel dorado cortados con troquel. ♥ With a black marker draw pine branches and little dots in between them, in the kraft paper draw longer branches with rounded leaves and some other leaves floating here and there. Cut circles of gold paper with a punch and glue them to the black paper making an even pattern.

Envuelve bien los regalos y busca cintas, adornos y etiquetas que combinen con los papeles. En mi caso, usé cintas doradas y negras de diferentes tipos, pincitas con adornos y algunas etiquetas (la redonda y la negra las imprimí gratis del blog de la talentosa Kelli Murray aquí, la otra fue mi propia idea!). También, aprendí cómo hacer el lazo perfecto con este tutorial. Espero que os haya gustado y felíz regalar para todos! ♥

Wrap the gifts and get ribbons, embellishments and gift tags to match the papers. In my case I used gold and black ribbons of different types, clothes pins embellishments and gift tags (black and round one downloaded from the blog of the very talented Kelli Murray here, the other just my own idea!). Also, I learned how to make the perfect bow with this tutorial. I hope you like this and happy gift giving to everyone!

WRAPPING: paquetes navideños con pompones ♥ pompom Christmas gift wrapping

A veces comprar regalos no es suficiente y queremos darle un toque más festivo a los paquetes. Pensando en ello, se me han ocurrido estas ideas con casitas, ciervos y mini pompones. ♥ Sometimes buying the presents is not enough and we want happier packets. I came up with these ideas made with miniature houses, little deers and mini pompoms.
